I ordered my woosh as covid was starting so it took almost 4 months to get here. the customer service people are so nice. I was worried it was a scam and they would send me updates whenever I asked which im sure they got very tired of. he is very cute. I ordered a large and he isn't very big but thats ok. nice conversation starter. worth the wait

Although my Wosh took a long time to arrive (for the record, I ordered him early and the shipping issues have now been resolved), the support I got from Olivia at customer services was brilliant and when Wosh got here, he was worth waiting for. This is genuinely one of the best things I’ve purchased. I have no use for it but I just love him. It did take about 3 months to get to me but it’s not like I was in any rush and it was worth it (also I’m sure covid was the main reason for this because most other comments and reviews I saw did not have that issue). I’m strongly considering buying the other sizes too so I can have a complete Wosh family. But for now I am very happy with my one Wosh, he is just as described and very soft and cute 10/10 would recommend

Had a lot of issues with shipping I think my wosh got lost in the mail. However once I got hold of someone via email they re-shipped it free of charge for me from the England based warehouse, it got here within a week after that and they were very apologetic. I love my wosh its the perfect size and shape for snuggles which will be great as someone who struggles to sleep due to anxiety. He's a little crumpled from being in the post but once I've squished the stuffing around he's so soft and squishy. Hmm maybe he needs a friend Thanks to Oliva via the email for sorting this out for me.
